How long are shipping times? Standard items will ship out in 1-2 days. Custom and personalized items will depend on the quantity and finish and may take 3-4 days. 

What's your return policy? We strive for 100% satisfaction with all purchases. Please contact us immediately with any issues. We will e-mail mock ups, if requested, for approval of personalization before engraving on the selected product. 

What happens if I receive the wrong item? If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, we are happy when you are happy.

Can I get my items wet? most of our items are made out of wood and while a little drizzle most likely will not hurt, they are not made to withstand constant moisture, unless stated in the description. So please do not take your earrings swimming with you, and if possible hang your sign on a covered porch or deck for the longest life. 

Are your products heavy? Absolutely not! As a matter of fact most of our return customers mention that they love how light our products are. Most wall decor can be mounted with command strips. If you love big earrings but have to take them off after a couple of hours because your ears are hurting, then you are in for a treat. You will forget you even have these earrings on!

How do I take care of my items? All items can be lightly cleaned with a soft, lightly dampened cloth or a baby wipe. Dry any residual moisture after cleaning. Any items that are for food prep, such as cutting boards or serving trays are finished with food safe butcher block oil and may need to have more applied if you notice that your item looks like it is drying out. Butcher block or cutting board oil can be purchased at any home improvement store and is just rubbed on with a cloth - please follow the manufacturers instructions.
